岗位职责、晋升机制：

Laser Engineer

相关经验、技能要求：

Bachelors or masters degree in laser physics and/or optics.
Sound knowledge of laser theory and/or optics.
Experience with instrumentation used for diagnostics and development for lasers, optical systems and electronics such as power meters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes etc.
Motor skills sufficient to perform detailed assembly tasks without assistance.
Knowledge and/or experience in laser material processing is a plus. Knowledge in software engineering is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication in English and Mandarin
